Avery Horzewski

Avery began her career as a Marcom writer at Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), where she wrote everything from executive-level brochures to white papers to flyers to gift and product catalogs. Before leaving HDS to consult full time, Avery advanced to the position of Director, Web Content and Design. In this role, she was responsible for setting the creative direction, planning overall site strategy, and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the corporate website.

As a consultant, Avery works with companies of all sizes to develop compelling, persuasive, and effective customer communication strategies and marcom deliverables that encompass everything from websites to social media to print collateral. She helps clients connect and build relationships with their customers through audience-based communication strategies and messaging. The resulting communication vehicles are clear, and easy to use and read—and they engage the audience.

Representative clients include ACT Medical, Adobe Systems, Alan Biller & Associates, Aruba Networks, Borland, CareFusion, Cisco Systems, Cooley Godward, Coremetrics, DocuSign, E*Trade, Exordium Group, Logitech, MidPen Housing Services, Netflix, NETGEAR, PagerDuty, SAP, and Symantec.

John Doyle

John Doyle is a high-impact Marketing leader with 25 years’ experience in all aspects of marketing and product line management across multiple technologies, channels and markets worldwide. John has held numerous executive-level marketing roles in the networking, security, unified communications and telecommunications industries at companies including Turin Networks, Secure Computing, CyberGuard, Nortel, Bay Networks, Cabletron and Data General, and has successfully launched multiple products during his career.

He established Nortel’s Contivity VPN platform as the premier brand in the IP VPN Gateway market, taking the Contivity portfolio from inception to number one position in the VPN market, helping create a $100M business in just 18 months. John drove Contivity to #1 market position in the Carrier Managed IP VPN and Independent VPN categories, winning numerous awards including Network Magazine’s “2003 VPN Product of the Year” and Network Magazine’s “2002 Security Product of the Year”. John also launched the industry’s first “network computer,” the first comprehensive portfolio of VoIP handsets and gateways, the first “secure router” (creating a new category) and the first multimedia FRAD.

John’s consulting experience includes clients in Big 4 and mid-market advisory firms across multiple practice domains as well as large and midsize enterprises and startups, where he provides a range of marketing services. John’s specialties are interim executive management, Corporate Marketing, Product & Go-to-Market Strategy, Product Management, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Product Launch, Market Development, Social Media and Lead Generation.

Beth Nagengast

Beth is passionate about bringing new products, marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives to life. She strives to contribute to the global success of your marketing organization — whether developing global marketing strategies, new product positioning and messaging, or managing go to market teams. She thrives on helping to grow your business and meet revenue goals while deepening loyalty among employees, customers, partners and advocates.

Prior to Aventi Group, Beth held senior product marketing positions at Apple/Claris, Sage, Starfish Software, Symantec, and other startup tech companies. When not with clients, Beth and her husband enjoy working on their vineyard and winery in Paso Robles, CA.

Regina Karson

Regina is passionate about articulating the business value of technology, with a focus in cutting edge technologies such as AI/Machine Learning, IoT, and blockchain.   Her expertise lies in developing go-to-market strategy, customer facing collateral, sales plays, award winning customer use cases, executive thought leadership blogs, and web content.

With a business and technical background (educationally and professionally), Regina has experience in sales and business development from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, and in vertical industries such as Process & Discrete Manufacturing Industries(IIoT), Telecom, CPG-Retail, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Sports, FinTech, InsurTech, Agriculture, Government, and Robotics.

As an active committee member in the Women in Data Science community, she has an extended focus on machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence via networking and training.

Jaime Ribakovs

Jaime is an experienced B2B product marketing professional with global marketing expertise in social media, digital marketing, campaigns, internal communications, events, and project management.  Areas of expertise include IoT, AI/Machine Learning, Digital Supply Chain, and industries such as Retail, Consumer Products, Banking, & Insurance.

In addition to client projects, she is the Aventi Group Marketing Manager, maintaining the day-to-day marketing activities such as social presence, thought leadership, corporate assets, internal communications, and website management.

Jaime holds a BBA in marketing from Texas A&M University and began her career as corporate buyer at Caesars Entertainment, then onto project management in the Engineering, Construction, Procurement (EPC) industry, which both led to her expertise and passion in enterprise software.

Rani Goel

Rani is an experienced marketing professional with global marketing expertise across a broad range of marketing disciplines. Areas of expertise include big data, analytics, Cloud, SaaS platforms, NFV and OSI protocols. Significant marketing leadership, working with remote, matrix teams, recruiting and team development experience.

She is passionate about customer experience and bringing products to market with a powerful value proposition that helps bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs. With a focus on customer success to grow the business, Rani works with field teams to enable them to speak the customers language and focus on customer benefits to close business and grow the deal size.

Knowledge of Telco, Energy and FSI industries.

Rakhi Sharma

Rakhi is a results driven product leader passionate about building, managing and marketing digital and consumer products that impact lives globally while leading and inspiring team members to deliver high-quality products.  She recognizes how software design, implementation, and deep market insights are critical for developing products & services serving a diverse client base.

In a decade+ of work, on the US East and West Coasts and in India, her experience spanned from small startups to international giants, and in diverse areas such as strategic thinking, product management, project management, leading teams, digital marketing, software architecture design, and software development.
