About the Speakers:
Juliana Roxa is a Senior Global Customer Marketing Manager at SAP, with close to 10 years of experience in the IT industry. She is responsible for running strategic customer programs at SAP, and experienced in the areas of social media; content development and curation; digital programs; and field, partner, and channel marketing. Juliana possesses a Bachelor’s degree in PR and a Master’s degree in B2B Marketing, and is also a winner of the ITSMA Marketing Excellent Award. Originally from Brazil, Juliana has worked across Latin America and currently lives in California’s Silicon Valley. She is passionate about travelling and exploring new cultures, having been in all continents, and is driven by working with people from all over the world.
Avery Horzewski began her career as a Marcom writer at Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), where she wrote everything from executive-level brochures to white papers to flyers to gift and product catalogs. Before leaving HDS to consult full time, Avery advanced to the position of Director, Web Content and Design. Today, Avery works with companies of all sizes to develop compelling, persuasive, and effective customer communication strategies and marcom deliverables that encompass everything from websites to social media to print collateral. She helps clients connect and build relationships with their customers through audience-based communication strategies and messaging.
